My fees are fixed and reflect my knowledge, expertise and the short-term nature of the treatment. However, if you are a student, on low income or unemployed, I am open to negotiate a concession rate that can suit us both. There is a limit as to how many concessions I am able to offer at any one time.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and usually take place on a weekly basis. Some chronic and lifelong problems may require longer-term treatment.

Mindfulness-based Approach sessions can be booked individually, to further explore your experience, only if you have attended an 8 week course in MBSR or MBCT or if you have an established regular meditation practice.
One on One online telephone and video sessions cost £130 per session.
