My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss and consider problems, goals and aspirations, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Our pace of life is getting faster and it is not surprising that we feel under pressure. When faced by difficult situations, transitions at work or in our private life, we may experience stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, anger, jealousy and any other naturally occurring negative emotions. This may result in a loss of confidence, self-esteem, and motivation and so on.

When these emotions begin to impact our relationships, our work and quality of life, now may be a good time to do something about it.

I can help you and support you by teaching you new skills, working with you to develop a more helpful, healthier attitude towards life difficulties.

My main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

My main coaching approaches are Cognitive and Behavioural Coaching and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Coaching.

My approach is tailored to each individual and my training as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist allows me the flexibility to draw on a wide range of psychological theories and practice of therapeutic and coaching models.

I offer individual Therapy and Coaching from my private practice in North London (Finsbury Park) and by telephone at a competitive rate.
