My fees
My fees are on a sliding scale dependent on your situation, i.e. self-funding, insurance or unemployed. Do not let your financial situation come in the way of your well being: I am open to negotiate a concession rate that can suit us both.
CBT is a short term, cost effective approach to problem solving and mental health problems:
A course of CBT for Anxiety, Stress, Depression and Low self-esteem is usually between 6 to 12 sessions.
These sessions take place on a weekly basis to begin with and once you become familiar with the approach and require less support, the session can be spaced arranged fortnightly or monthly to suit your needs.
Some Chronic and Life long problems may require longer term treatment.
I encourage you to call me to discuss the concerns you have at the moment, which will allow me to explain how CBT can work for you and give you an idea about the length of the treatment, so that you can make an informed choice about your therapy or coaching.
Cancellations will be charged at the full rate unless 48 hours notice is given.
